As a Michigan based company Teraeon Consulting, Inc is a premier Internet Consulting firm dedicated to providing secure, scalable and reliable solutions for your business needs.  We specialize in Web Based Solutions from your company's brochure website, to your stores e-commerce application to your internal web applications. 

Teraeon strives to provide relevance, timeliness and consistency in all customers, whether large or small.  We regard all our customers as partners in our vision of the role the internet has in day to day business.

Customer Service Standards

Employees of Teraeon will be educated in the service standards of our company; will exhibit customer friendly service skills; and be knowledgeable, professional and courteous in meeting the needs of our customers.

Confidentiality
Teraeon recognized and acknowledges that the relationship between Teraeon and it’s customers is confidential and that information concerning our customers business affairs is confidential in nature.

Communication
Teraeon can be reached via mail, phone, fax and email.  All correspondence will be responded to in a clear, concise and timely manner.  Our aim is that all correspondence from date of receipt will receive a response within 2-3 business days; All issues will receive and acknowledgement within 36 hours.   More complicated issues will receive continuous updates on the progress of the case until a resolution can be achieved.

Consistency
As part of our commitment to upholding professional standards, Teraeon has implement and constantly reviews policies to ensure that its application of standards and guidelines is consistent across all customers.    

Handling Complaints
Teraeon seeks fair, just and prompt solutions when possible to any complaints.  All such issues should be directed to the Teraeon customer service department.
