Needs

The Michigan Association of Broadcasters is a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization representing commercial radio and television broadcast stations in Michigan. MAB is governed by a Board of Directors and operated by a staff based in Lansing, Michigan.

The Michigan Association of Broadcasters was in need of an efficient system to manage conference information and registrations.  The system needed to help MAB manage their business processes while maintaining an easy to use interface.

Teraeon Consulting laid out key objectives for the project including:

  1. Create an easy to use user interface and implementation of a front-end online registration system.
  2. Create a distributed system allowing users real time connection to their data.
    Store and Report Registration information
  3. Process credit card transactions in real time via Authorize.Net
    Allow for easy integration into a future member management system with little changes
Solution Developed
Teraeon consulting Developed implemented Teraeon's e-Registration application, RegMill,  with an easy to use graphical user interface, helped maintain conference information and gave the user the abilities to efficiently and easily register for events.  RegMill also gave MAB the ability to have a central location of their information with an administrative area.
Benefits

RegMill helped MAB in streamlining event registration while maintaining a low cost.  Online registration was a big success and gave MAB the ability to utilize tools on the back-end to create and print badges, create and download reports, build lists and help organize registrant information.
