RegMill Registration:  The front-end registration system allows users to register for multiple events and gives the ability to pay by credit card processed online.  Users have the ability to store their password securely in the database and later have their passwords emailed to them if they have forgotten it.   Once a user registers for the system, they are asked to select from a drop down of events available for use. 

Pricing Options: RegMill allows you to put in early-bird specials, discount rates based on membership levels, coupon codes and much more all controlled through the back-end management system. 

User Account History: The user account history feature gives users the ability to view and print their previous registrations for their records and/or reprint their invoice.

Customer maintenance:
A repository of customer information can be accessed, allowing your employee’s to add, edit and delete customers on the fly via  web administration. This allows you to maintain which customers have access to the customer center and which don’t. It also keeps unwanted users from registering through the website and gaining access to areas which are not intended for the general public.

Conference Maintenance: Administrative users have the ability to change conferences. After conference creation administrative users are asked to create events within the conference, define member, student, and non-member rates as well as special pricing and cut off dates for special pricing. Once all products are entered into the system, you choose a date for the event to go live, the event will automatically show on the front-end of the website on the date specified.

Event  Maintenance: RegMill gives you the ability to fully edit and add events to a conference even if there are already registrants to the conference without affecting previous orders.

Accounting Integration: The accounting export feature allows site administrators to export their orders into their accounting format giving you the ability to easily import invoices into your accounting package.
 
Report Management: The report management section allows your company to have complete control over current and future reports through Crystal Reports

Badge Printing Wizard: Badge printing capabilities allows your company to create and print Badges through our labeling and badge printing wizard.  Through the web 2.0 interface, badges are created on the fly and new labels are easily setup and fully customizable.
